THE CABIN
3 Bedrooms Sleeps 8 (7 Adults + 1 child in beds)
The interior of the cabin offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the great room. Natural log beams support the loft upstairs and a log railing follows the stairs up and across the loft, giving it that rustic touch. On the main floor is the 2nd bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower and laundry, fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area, great room, and lots of windows providing ample natural light. Upstairs you will find a full bath with shower / tub, large master bedroom with a king sized log bed and rustic elevated twin bunk beds, and the loft with a trundle bed (sleeps 2 adults) that serves as the third bedroom. The loft offers privacy from the rest of the cabin and opens up to a balcony outside.

Grand Lake, Colorado
Our log cabin has a great private location nestled in an aspen grove just minutes from Grand Lake. We are just steps away from Columbine Lake, a private 45 acre natural lake just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. This is the perfect getaway for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or reunion with friends. Our location backs up to private wooded land, allowing for lots of privacy and an abundance of wildlife to come near the cabin including Moose, Deer, Fox, and Elk. We are located on a dead end street with neighbors on one side only. Rocky Mountain National Park is 1 mile away and the Village of Grand Lake is just a couple minutes drive.
Columbine Lake
A private 45 acre natural lake just a couple miles from the village of Grand lake. This is an HOA protected community that borders Rocky Mountain National Park. Be inside RMNP within 1 mile or the village of Grand Lake within 2 miles. Lots of wildlife, especially Moose, frequent the area. Walk across the street and enjoy the sites of Columbine lake!

RENTAL RATES
Check the calendar below for availability! Our nightly rates fluctuate based on the season and time of year. Weekly rates are offered throughout the entire year for stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. We require a minimum stay of 2-3 nights based on the time of year. Handicap accessible and pets will be considered. Please contact us directly for more information. Current rates are as follows:
Spring / Summer / Fall: May 13 - October 1, 2016 Nightly rate $275.00 3 night minimum
Late Fall / Early Winter: October 2 - November 20, 2016 Nightly rate $225.00 3 night minimum
Standard rate: $275.00 with a 2-3 night minimum depending on time of year
Please note: A cleaning fee of $120.00 along with a $300 security deposit is required with your reservation
Weekly Rates
Discounted rates will be offered for reservations including a consecutive 7 night stay. These discounts will apply year round and will fluctuate with our seasonal rates. House Rules
Minimum age restrictions do apply, adult guests need to meet a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Please respect the cabin, furnishings, and surrounding property. Out of respect to neighbors, noise levels should be kept to a minimum when outdoors after hours. Please follow the check in and check out instructions listed inside the cabin. Check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout is 10:30 am. All trash and food will need to be removed from the cabin at check out and taken to the dumpster. Guests are not allowed to use Columbine Lake for any use including fishing and boating per the association policy. Owners personal property including canoe and boat are not to be used by guests. Firewood may not be available, please plan accordingly.
